Lance Ramella
As a Principal at RW Real Estate Advisors, LLC, Lance Ramella manages one of the largest and most experienced consulting practices nationwide. Possessing over 21 years of industry experience, he consults on a broad spectrum of residential and commercial properties including: all for-sale and rental product types; land acquisition and entitlement, master planned communities and resorts; in-fill developments; active adult and senior housing projects; hotel; retail; office; and industrial developments.
Previously as Senior Managing Director at Hanley Wood Market Intelligence (formerly Meyers Group), Lance Ramella led consulting operations and management for the entire Central and Eastern United States. In that role, Mr. Ramella conducted a wide variety of consulting projects from Chicago to Florida – overseeing one of the largest geographic areas served by Hanley Wood Market Intelligence.
Mr. Ramella specializes in preparing market and financial feasibility studies, economic impact analyses, master planned community analyses as well as suburban downtown redevelopment and mixed-use development strategies.
Mr. Ramella is a frequently quoted industry expert in Crain’s Chicago Business, The Chicago Tribune, Builder Magazine, Big Builder Magazine, Developer Magazine, The Washington Post and Sacramento Bee among other business and industry publications. He has been a featured speaker at Builder 100 Conference, Developer Conference, Presidential Seminar, Urban Land Institute and the National Association of Home Builders.
Prior to Hanley Wood Market Intelligence, Mr. Ramella was Managing Principal for Keystone Builder Research, LLC, a full service market research firm based in the Chicago Metropolitan Area. In this position, he advised clients an all aspects of land development, homebuilding, and commercial real estate.
